Is there any more plans got the Halloween event? I only ask because I’ve a character parked on 30 tokens in case there are any more skin purchases and I’ll be deleting it asap if events don’t progress in New World. This is my first NW event so I’m completely in the dark on how they are ran.
Also, has everyone finished farming the boss? I’ve tried to get a group a few times and no one on my server tends to take part in it. I think letting people repeat it constantly was a bit of a mistake, as players will run it all day and then never do it again and on tiny 2.5k servers it makes it impossible to do after this has occurred. Maybe running it once a day would have been wiser?
Considering the event is ending shortly, I don’t think anything more will be added. Just like all the other events they have never added stuff towards the end.
Great event and has been a lot of fun but I agree the rewards were small this time. However, you only had to gain 2 rep or whatever to hit max whereas like the summer one I think it was up to level 4 or 5.
Aye, my main issue was the fact that people zerging the event and then the event feels dead after 2 days and those that didn’t make it never get to complete the event. Must be frustrating.
It seems hard to zerg it since the boss takes time to kill. Not sure if you are just having bad luck on your server but the boss seems to stay up in a decent amount of time for people to get to. Also people on my server are always forming WB groups to kill it.
When the event started we must of had about 50 people. The boss fell quite quickly. The 2nd day we had around 10-15 and it was much much slower!! A few days after….hardly anyone teams got it now. I’ve done and got all the cosmetics, so I’m ok but it would have been nice to lace the event better imho.
Ahhh. Yeah I get what you are saying now. Yeah with so little items people probably are done farming it. I do see people always forming groups for the boss still, but yeah it is one of those fights that you can’t just solo or even likely 5 person it as you definitely need more people.
