Halloween worldboss not giving rewards

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Im not getting rewards for killing the Halloween world boss. Im on the correct quest. I tried to disband it, but still dont work…Every second thing Im trying to do in this game is bugged anyway, but I chose to report this because its pretty annoying.
