All Harbinger Items still drop with the old system and don’t show a “Named” tag on them and are not guaranteed 590GS drop. These are all Sirens Brute Drops.

Yes I just got Harbinger of Defeat drop from a corrupted sniper in Ambusti Inferior (Scorched mines) and they droped at 541gs because the sniper is lv 63. The problem is I’ve been farming Harbinger sets for weeks now all over the map. However, I see that the majority of named items now are fixed in gear score and have the flashy banner, but not the Harbinger sets or even the Corrupted Rage/Avenging sets. They are indeed named items and are fixed in stats/appearance so I do believe they just forgot to add them to the updated pool of named items for the new system. They obviously fixed the gear score issue for most named items to avoid dropping them under 590gs so that’d be nice if they did that for some of the best sets in the game like these ones. Hopefuly they fix this asap. It’s not like there’s no named armors set at 590 :
