Since the launch of Amazon’s New World game I’ve been trying for two weeks to at least enjoy a few moments of the game, I’ve been going through queues and queues to enter the servers and when I was able to connect in a few minutes I fell off the server, after spending too much time on queues, after 15 hours who 90% was queue screen, My GRAPHICS CARD DIED, so i was suposed to get my money back from steam, but they refused my reimbursement try and Im without graphics card and can’t get my money back, I WANT AT LEAST MY MONEY BACK
