Describe the issue you are experiencing: Well over 2000 corrupted rabbit kills and no chest. More than half with full luck. I made sure to skin most, but sometimes some PvP broke out and bags may have been missed. While there have been statements saying they will go into the drop pool after 3 min, it seems that something is still bugged. Over 2000 seems like more than really bad RNG. This doesn’t seem like what the devs had intended in a fun event. It has not been fun, nor rewarding at all, so I’m inclined to think it was not intentional for somebody to spend 2 straight days and over 2000 kills to still not get some kind of reward, so its leading me to believe there is a bug somewhere. The history of the bugs in this game leaves me with little trust that this is bad RNG.

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Preventing me from having fun in what is supposed to be a fun event. In fact, I found myself getting so mad, I have decided to take a break as a game should not cause that amount of frustration.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Kill over 2000 rabbits, don’t get a bag with a storage chest.
With 2000 kills, the chance of getting the chest with just food luck is 99.999%. So your chance of not getting it is 0.001%. As you are not alone in that case, I also feel like there is a bug. Would love to get some explanations behind the maths from AGS.
Got it after 878 rabbit kills (a few more actually, as I was using a musket, people were sometimes skinning my kills). Got it after switching to skinning luck, because I thought that I might as well try and get more sumptuous rabbits… so 0 luck, except for the major trophies.
Got it after 50 kills after switching gear, while I didn’t get it with full luck during the 828 first kills.
This doesn’t change the fact that I hated this event, and that I really believe something is wrong:
either with the math (wouldn’t surprise me, I would be really interested in an explanation by the devs about the odds)
or the way luck is applied to this particular drop
or with the way the game designer thought about this event. An event has to be fun. This was the opposite.
All i’m saying is that it seems much more likely that in a game that is riddled with bug after bug with more being introduced faster than they can be fixed, it seems more likely that my account was somehow accidentally flagged as having gotten it, when I haven’t rather than just have super epically bad luck. I simply request that its looked into 1) if that’s the case 2) what is the bug causing that and fix it b/c there are other people super fed up and pissed off that might also be impacted.
Same for me, i think my Acc is flagged as having gotten it, maybe i missed the lootback with the chest while playing with 4 other Players in Group, dont know if this will flag you, but it feels kinda …
Im killing the bunnys for hours, and no chest for me… everyone played with in the grp before, got there chest allrdy, and no1 of this Guys killed the Rabbits for Hours like i did, so please response to our Post, and dont give us the feeling you guys give a f… about it.

1500+ at least for me, no chest. I don’t mind grinding, but something is clearly wrong here. I’ve seen many messages about people getting it at about 100 rabbits, so, I assume, the drop rate is at about 1%.
My friend got it at about 100 as well. I’ve tried different armor sets, with luck and without it, different weapons (ranged and melee), with food and without it. I even tried full voidbent with luck jewelry and luck weapons with this new luck food, close to max what you can get. The sumptuous rabbit drop rate increased to about 1.5 times, but still no chest.
I believe something is wrong with the reset/return to drop pool system.
over 1k as well. I legit gave up and didnt play today for the first time over it. I said to myself im done until they admit this is messed up and fix it.
Finally got the chest after a little over 2000 rabbits. No special gear or food, just my regular PvE outfit. I saw in another topic that the drop rate is 0.1%. Well, that explains it all. We’re just unlucky or not as lucky as others. Keep digging.
Please second, third, and fourth this for me. It is not fun running around killing hundreds or thousands of 1-shot critters, competing with dozens of other people to snipe them first, for the rare chance at getting a time-capped seasonal cosmetic item.
I have quit playing every day after an hour or so, sitting at 571 bunny kills based on game meat in my inventory. It really is horrible. I know you’re resource-constrained, working on bug fixes and new content, but please please please add drop protection for this chest. Increasing % to receive it upon killing each additional rabbit, or maybe make them drop an egg token and once you get 100, you turn them in for the chest. SOMETHING so I can go do expeditions, OPR, invasions, etc…
