Hello, Just before you accidently removed the harvester gear i bought myself a full T5 set for an astoningly high price… since my server is very low pop
Now we get our box with new gear and it gave me T4 wich is something that amazes me…
Can you please get in contact with me so i can get my proper gear? this really bothers me…

I do apologize about the unexpected experience you had within your play-through.
We are currently facing a problem regarding Horticulture Gear. It was mistakenly removed from the game, future issues are schedule to be fix in the next patch, you can refer to this official communication here:

Now as you stated you bought a pack of full T5 gear but it gave T4 instead, that defectively shouldn’t happen at all.

i do have the same issue i wish you fix this i am LVL 60 and i got chest level 60 and i open it i got 500 gs harvest set < come on i hated the game because of that .

I am also having this problem. This morning, I finally received the chest with my full 5 pieces Harvester Set items.
But the set I bought at the Trading Post was Tier 5 gear with slightly higher Luck on all items and much better Gear Score than the Tier 4 Harvester Set that I received from the chest.

Hi I previously had epic part with +25 int and more havest luck. This chest gave me me blue harvest gear with +20 and worse luck…
atleast i wasnt not alone in this…
Definitely not alone. All of my Company mates that I play with all received T6 and I got T5. Now I feel like i am the laughing stock of the Harvesting community., not really, just being over dramatic, but I would like to have the correct tier gear.

Thank you for reaching me, basically I did submit a escalation with your and the other players from this post info, but there is a thread regarding this issue, meaning that, our dev team is already aware and they are currently working back to back in order ti find a solution once for all.
Unluckily we dont have and ETA for the issue just yet. Any new information will be posted by the Dev team at

Which thread? Could you link it? Or is it buried in the wall of text in one of the current issues threads?
While I am happy I got gear back. I got stuff I can’t wear till level 60. The gear I lost was only level 40. Am I missing something here and there is a 20 level spread on the possible level of the gear I had originally bought when it was replace with max gear score?
