Finally got my Harvesting gear weeks after almost all of my armor was simply removed from the game. Still haven’t been able to replace it all with the same quality I had. So now, I got my new gear today, and I can’t even wear it for 6 more levels!! Total slap in the face. Sorry we took all your armor, here’s a pile of stuff that is useless to you instead. Happy now?

How much do you wanna bet that once you do get to 60 you’ll already have much better gear than what they provided?
Received my set. And although its 600 its already worse than what I had before. All INT gear and no gem slot. My gear was all near 600, STR with gem slot and other traits. I specfically chose the gear from the TP. AGS just keeps making things worse. And no compensation for other HG I had, including on the TP for sale.
If you recived low GS on it, means you didn’t had high from start.
After DEC update it won’t really matter if you got 500 or 600 GS Harvesting Gear as it will will scale down to your HWM anyway (which they may or may not reset).
Why even give it out at 600 GS if you knew this change was coming? Feels like you (AGS) are trying to trigger us.
When they compound mistake upon mistake, it does start feeling like that doesn’t it?
I logged into the Game today after being away for 2 days. I have the Gear reward box in my inventory. When I hover over it, the Tooltip says the item is level 60. I am level 53. 3 questions, and if you have opened this box already, a screenshot of the items would be awesome.
What level is the gear? I ask this question because maybe I should just wait and open the box when I am level 60.
Are the items more or less what we expected to get, or worse, or better?
Can anyone confirm they seem to actually WORK as intended? (This is loaded LUCK related question, so I am just looking for general comments).

i feel you pain man. I lost a full set of jewlecrafers gear. The hardest craft to lvl and lost my whole set with that patch. sorry to hear that, here is a 600gs harversters set, now go away

Upon opening the recently released harvester loot chest, I was very much surprised to be awarded 5 pieces of Tier 3 (400 gear score). Why was I surprised? I had previously owned several Tier 4 pieces! In fact, you can find a previous post here in one of the many long discussion threads on the topic, in which I clearly state what tier harvester gear items went missing on my character.
While I appreciate the efforts made to correct the erroneous temporary deletion of the harvester sets, I most definitely received the wrong replacement items. I would very much like the correct tier of items.
All the tier 3 items I received are yet untouched and stashed away in storage in Restless Shore. I can include screenshots of each upon request. However, I did not think to screenshot them upon opening the chest as it was opened along with several other chests and I was simply clicking through them quickly without looking at the items.

I was surprised, too. After opening the recently released harvester loot chest, I awarded 5 pieces only 500 gear score.
Before the update comes out, had at least 2 pieces over 520 gear score.
All the tier 4 items I received are yet untouched and stashed away in storage, too.
I think it’s a shame that my old set is no longer there. Unfortunately, this is not fair compensation. Especially since I had spent a lot of thalers on it.
Ask Amazon games to adapt that mistake

the 6th came and went no gear , wait a few days after the 6th still no gear , patch came and went and yet still no gear WTF are you doing I WANT MY DAMN GEAR enough of the run around gear or gold to buy a new set …
Did you have actual “Harvester” gear or just gear with harvesting luck? Most people that did not receive chests only had gear with harvesting luck and not one of the “Harvester” pieces.
How so? They have the max harvesting luck and just int on them. If you planned on using them for your standard gear there are much better options. They are for gathering and the full set is still the best you can get even at 60.

Getting the run around with Customer Support about my missing Harvesting Gear . I have sent them my steam ID a DXDiag log and everything else they have asked for , waited until the 6th , waited a few days after the 6th waited until the patch, how much more waiting do I need to do for your mistakes until you do right and fix the problem you have caused? … You are diminishing my gaming experience by not rectifying something that should be a simple fix without making me jump through so many hoops. It definitely doesn’t inspire confidence in your ability to provide a good product.
gs 500 not gs 600, so by the time I hit 60 I will get higher gs and higher luck then with these from the trading post. So waste of space to keep gear I cant use when the gear I had was usable at the time I had it…
Despite your promises I still don’t have my gear. I’ve reported it via the forum repeatedly, submitted every piece of evidence you’ve asked for and my patience and understanding has run out. Higher tier harvested materials are hard enough to come by and the time I’ve lost by not having the luck on the gear as I did before it was taken has had a significant knock on effect on my crafting skills, therefore my overall game play has been negatively impacted. This issue has a fix, which I know as other players have had the gear you removed replaced. To make it easier for you as simply giving it back is apparently too difficult, I have priced up the equivalent of what I was promised in the trading post to give you the option of a gold compensation instead. Gloves 388, Hat 2888, Pants 1299, Shirt 1280 and Shoes 800 making a total of 6655. I am expecting to either receive the long overdue promised crate or the gold shortly.
