I’ve been looking and know he lives in level 60 areas now, since patch haven’t seen him at all. Just making sure he is still working.

I’ve seen him twice, not sure hunting him is a good use of time.

he can be tracked easily. And he has good drops. If someone wanted to spend the time it could help with expertise buffs
Cool, what’s his tracking? Watched a few videos by good youtube new worlders and all have been wrong.
ive found him several times in the same confirmed spots in this video. The video was made last week in the PTR and ive seen in all the spots that were confirmed here.

Found him two(?) days ago in Everfall towards the coastal starter area.
He’s definitely still up to his usual antics.

I have seen him a couple of times in Windsward. He has a ton of health, runs faster than I can, and seems to ignore stuns.
Hahaha ya he is. Hes too fast man i cant kill him in shattered down in the trenches but thats where i keep finding him. Should get a group to hunt his squirrely ass down lol.

I have an alt I play around with leveling and came across it yesterday in a lvl 30 zone (I am level 37 on this alt). Unless you mean after this update that happened last night to fix the upgrading epic to legendary bug. But as of last night around 8pm cst I saw him.
found him at seren but he wasnt shining and we all failed to kill.i thought its a normal npc …
FWIW Duo killed a lvl 66 Raffler at Serenity Monastery in Ebonscale 6 hours ago. Got a 588 named blunderbus for it.
Bro since the release of rafflebones I contantly run through SM check its spawn points, And i still havent seen it a single times, not even the corpse. Its a joke honestly, the entire game is a joke.

I killed him on 2 different locations in Shattered Mountain and he DIDNT drop any loot. Havent gotten a response from support but I got robbed of loot and shards. smh
I’ve seen him once since patch. I’ve only seen him 5 times total and when he was just added to the game, I tried looking for him (based on info from content creator videos) for a few hours and felt like it was a complete waste of time.
The last time I saw him, I was finally able to kill him. This was the first time I had a GS 608 hatchet (i have since leveled it to 616).

Saw him yesterday in everfall (lvl 25).
Though when I killed him, my character get some kind of bug slow effect, legs and body where stuck in place, while my character move slow.
Not a secret because theres campers, but he spawns at 3 spots near Old Mykgard Shrine nd ive seen him there twice since patch. Got a good spear I upgraded, only issue is it has 10 focus with 20 Dex. VNt think of the name, its leeching, refreshing move, keen
Does anyone know if you can kill him more than once in a session, time frame etc.?
