Still waiting for PTR launch and it is suppose to launch today.

I know, but patches were always static time 7-8am like I mentioned.
I’m asking if this change in patch time is permanent.
yesterday it said 10am PDT (5PM UTC) so it’ll likely be in a few hours, but they removed it from the post.
