Haste buffs: Dodge and Weave & Hustle not working at all

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: When using Bow/Musket the perks Dodge and Weave (Bow) and Hustle (Musket) do not apply any haste buff
• Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug
• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: It removes a method of gaining haste on a skirmish build
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No, relogging even after the next day does not fix. Neither does re-speccing

This might be a matter of it just not showing in the UI (a known issue we’re working on) and it is active, but I’ll look into it!

Dodge and Weave does not cause the perk to proc in UI or give you the actual movement speed. The perk previously showed in the UI and also showed a visual queue in the form of a golden or yellowish tint above the player, which does not occur. I have been leveling my bow the last couple of days and have not had the Dodge and Weave proc at all.
