As said in the title, the Haste effect of the Quick Shower perk when entering Ice Shower is kind of useless. When you cast it while running your character begins to walk due to the Ice Shower animation causing a delay before the character begins to run again with “haste”. But the haste it applies only for 2 seconds for 25% which was already negated when your character begins to walk due to Ice Shower’s casting animation.
I suggest maybe a 2 second speed boost at 100% like a Haste Elixir or maybe 1-1.5 second. The boost has to get you further during a run, not bring to back to the same place you would have gotten to if you ran normally. Otherwise it’s not a boost.
Or if you’re not going to change the speed boost, at least remove the walking speed animation introduced when casting Ice Shower and increase the ice shower cast speed. Or change the effect of Quick Shower, because right now it’s wasting a weapon skill point.
