Hatchet and javelin throw not working at all for weeks

My hatchet throw hasn’t worked for 2 weeks. Neither has my javelin throw. It just throws a phantom hatchet/spear that does no damage and is invisible.

Nothing that I’ve tried has fixed this. Gamebreaking bug and I’ve heard nothing about it despite many people reporting the issue.
