Witnessing so many people using hatchet bug, and this guy takes the cake by saying “i didn’t know” Obviously using a macro to hit faster as well. -

Absolutely, his hatchet damage is nearly 2000 pr hit on my full heavy gear + const stack.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
The issue is the perk called " against all odds ", in the hatchet tree " berserker ". It does not stop scaling after leaving the vicinity of many mobs, nor does it go away upon death, fast travelling, or even loading screens. It is being abused so widely in outpost rush, that it makes it unplayable.
Start banning people, I don’t care if its permanent or just for a week, month or year, but don’t fucking reward them with a slap on the wrist for ruining the game for others.
