Its a bug that they are exploting dude stop trying to be a smart ***.

If people are using hatchet stacking the damage buff not switching the weapon once to reset the stacks they are exploiting a bug. get your head out of your *** please lmfao.

simply wielding and utilizing a hatchet is not a “loophole” The user needs to somehow trigger some sort of bonus effect to be considered an exploit.

They are when you kill something it starts stacking my friend there are people that are doing it to solo elites in Myrkguard my goodness there are some dumb people . Have you even seen how the bug works? Like do u have any brain cells ? I am not saying people should be banned but they are exploiting man .
I solo myrkguard with lifestaff and two handed axe … am I exploiting too?
Ive seen the bug, but can do the same thing with other weapons. Its not like some unfair advantage if I can do the exact same thing.
yes, we have brain cells, try using yours, it’s pvp, not a bug, stop blaming your mistakes on the game, this is why post forums need to end, all i see these days is crying about everything

Players are going to the boar place in restless shores, maxing out the stacks then not swapping weapons in order to keep the buff up.
Whilst we know it’s the fault of the game some blame is with the players that are knowingly abusing it
And you accidentally use the Against All Odds perk and don’t change weapons for the second one for a few minutes simultaneously killing 15-20 mobs and launching an Outpost Rush? If so, then you are exploiting the bug for personal gain!

Glad you’re not the one in charge. 
I didn’t find out about this bug until yesterday. With you in charge checking logs you’d see every hatchet user in the game as an exploiter and ban them without thinking just maybe some of them didn’t notice.
I for example I switch weapons a lot and haven’t noticed anything so I think it resets with switching weapons. In hindsight (after reading about the bug here), I recognize at times I did clear a lot of aggro easier than just moments before. So according to you, I just admitted to exploiting and should be banned. 
You can heal through it though
Realistically this could of already been said in this thread. When you switch off the hatchet you lose all the stacks of AAO. So if you intentionally never switch off the hatchet to benefit from this bug you should be banned. There is no reason to realistically keep only one weapon out all the time.
