Did not find this in known issues or anyone else having this specific issue on forums But, I have a number of Recipies and Schematics that when i try to salvage them to learn, it tells me the item is not salvagable - though i can look in the discription and tell if i know it or not, I have double checked at the crafting station to make sure i do not know the schematic or recipe in question. -

I would say its a bug yes, depends on your definition of bug, to me a bug is unexpected behavior. -

Just attempt to salvage the unlearned schematics and recipes i have and they tell me its not salvageable -

I am in timezone UTC-4, First noticed this issue about 2 months ago, I just saved the schematics/recipes and ignored the issue untill i saved up a number of schematics and recipes i dont know that wont let me salvage them.
