Having OPR Zephyr Cakes buff active reduced the duration of all other haste buffs

  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: 1. Eat Zephyr Cakes in OPR. 2. Apply a haste to self from any other source 3. Notice the greatly reduced duration. E.g: Keen speed lasts ~1.5 seconds, same for sword crit haste passive. Accelerated defiant stance lasts 2 seconds or less. Etc.

PS: I forgot to mention that this issue was brought up back in April and someone from the team acknowledged that they’d be looking into it. I think it fell between cracks, being a niche (albeit highly frustrating) issue.

I am experiencing the same thing but albeit a bit worse from what I could tell. Keen Speed procced from my VG appeared to not be granting haste whatsoever; the same situation happened while healing my self with Accelerated Light’s Embrace & utilizing Gathering Alacrity from my tools in OPR. They did a real number on haste with this patch sadly.
