I don’t understand this for the life of me as to why I would need to reinstall this game when I already have it in my library? I’ve got over 100 hours invested already. It’s also a long installation time much as the first initial one was - 9+ hours. I don’t understand WHY this is going on and quite honestly, it is frustrating. Any help or suggestion would be appreciated on this.

For the issue I am afraid to say that you do have to reinstall, I do not know exactly what is going on in your PC but if the hard drive deleted the information on itself(caused by the power outage) or someone else at home deleted it the game there is nothing we can do, that happens locally in your pc.
