With the new update one of the heal targeting options is bugged
The bugged option:
Previous patch what happens was, when you pre-target someone with Middle-Mouse-Button, you can cast the heal instantly as if you targeted that person with an ability, just like the description says.

Right now however, when you pre-target someone with Middle-Mouse-Button, you can’t cast the heal instantly, it retriggers the “heal targeting” so this option doesn’t help with mobility at all. You always get slowed by “re-targeting animation lock” so this option actually makes already clunky healing ui even more clunky. Like this:
