Healer nerf was a stealth buff, for group PvP and open world PvE

As a healer, although it sucks for instanced PvE, healers did need a nerf in PvP especially when people were exploiting the food regen bug to tank 6 people. However after the nerfs healers are now needed more than ever.

Probably an unintended consequence. One of the things I noticed in outpost rush is that the team with 4+ healers are pretty much guaranteed to beat teams with less healers, because they are able to sustain their front-line. Where as before 1 healer was enough for more than a whole group. When healers can’t sustain the front, ranged dps gets slaughtered by melee, hell even GA/hammer gets slaughtered trying to go after healers by other dps. Making more healers required than ever.
