Healing Bonuses from LIGHT and MEDIUM are STILL Incorrect

I have tested a number of healing configurations using light, medium, and heavy armor, all with exactly 310 focus, using the same exact amount of healing % bonuses (Sacred and Blessed) and various +healing% buffs, with the healing ticks from Sacred Ground. I found the following:

Working backwards from HEAVY armor, assuming a 10% / 20% bonus from light and medium armor respectively, we get the following values:

These are fairly close to what we would expect.

Now, working backwards from HEAVY armor, assuming a 15% / 30% bonus from light and medium armor respectively, we get the following values:

As we can see above, this shaves a significant amount of healing off the top end for medium and light armor.
