Healing nerf required

Let me tell you that NO BUILD in the entire game could beat a paladin build in the last Alpha. Like absolutely NONE. With broken fortify stacking and much stronger healing than currently on live, your „10k fireballs“ maybe would have hit a paladin at the time for like 1k damage, which instantly would‘ve been healed up. It was the definition of broken and even though it got nerfed over time it‘s still insanely strong in the current build.

Paladin build was annoying AF truly and yes your correct paladin was the only non melt. I still say they should just drop heavy armors elemental resist to that of light armors phys resist and buff light armors elemental resist to that of heavy armors phys resist.

these dudes hittin u are just bad… Obviously not working together and I laugh that you think you are OP b/c of this fight.

Bow guy shoulda pen shot u… VG/IG guy is using wrong skill rotation.

In this video, it is not showing over powering heals. Its just showing how awful your opponents are.

Thats how it was before they changed it though. And honestly it doesn‘t make a lot of sense. What they rather should do is penalizing using heavy armor on a healer by reducing their healing output signifcantly as a tradeoff for having a lot more resistances.

Honestly, if you are complaining about heals in the current patch you are just lacking the skills and knowledge to be a better player in this game. On Valhalla, DPS here don’t have much issues killing most healers, except the ones who are more skilled/good at the class and movement. If you have the right PERKS and skill rotations, most DPS can one shot a healer with IG/VG and even without that broken setup, there are melees who are actually good at their class who could 1v1 most healers on Valhalla or at least 2v1. If you lack knowledge about what perks to run and what your skills can do then just say that. Don’t cry about healers being “too strong” when you’re probably on some low-pop server or a server that doesn’t have many competitive players/guilds with pvp experience and knowledge about that game. Utilize Disease stacking to 50% better, utilize perks better, coordinate skills better, improve your gear setups, and just Google and you can find most things out quickly!

you’re a walking potion, there is a reason why you play healer you have no skill to play other weapons so the only way to participate in the game is healing others and let them do the job, you don’t even play the game lol

if you can’t kill healers now w all the tools available it’s not a balance issue it’s unequivocally a player issue. This is in fact a rare instance of gitgud applies.

I’m fine with healers being unkillable in a 1vs1 situation. But when I see 4 people hitting on a healer for 20 seconds and he survives, then something is wrong.

Oh yeah your healing was definitely the problem. Not hopping around and spamming hammer stuns. That didn’t help you survive at all lol.

There’s an idea for the devs, make a pvp mode where no healing other than 1 potion every 30 seconds is allowed by anyone. I think a lot of people in this thread think that would be fun.

Just give skills more anti heal. Bow, musket, spear - they could all have anti healing skills.
Also perks for anti heal are a bit too weak. They need better scaling.

ALL of these posts are made by greataxe users to make this game worse for everyone else and better for them. Healing has been nerfed enough. And I’m not a healer.

Healers doesn’t required skills to be play and viable, but you’re telling us that we must be a skilled player to down them, feel like unbalanced. I mean, if i suck why i could’nt kill healer who suck ? Currently heal overcome everything, it’s the most powerfull class in NW, AGS created perks just for healers we’re supposed to forget about one perk just to be able to kill healers.

In my opinon, it’s not about the amount of heal, heavy armor neither, it’s about how you play heal. For example to miss a skill as healer, you have to be a idiot some of them are auto-target, others are just big area, most of skills are instant (would like to say all), moreover you have healing potion, never a lack of mana. The only thing to be a good healer is positioning, but doesn’t matter a lot when you can instant heal yourself…

I’m feeling like we import healers from Word Of Warcraft (without time incantation), but we import others “class” from Dark Souls (lets admit)… You can dodge skills and hit from DPS, but what you can do about skills and hit from a healer ? Nothing, no matter what you do they always use hit successfully with their skills and even if you stagger them at the right time to interrupt their really short incant they still kept their CD. I will be fine if healers can handle 1v1 or 1vX when they will need more skills to use : i suggest to try to put longer incantation like 2-3s and increase the amount of heal. They will have to manage their positioning, timing, consider the importance of their CD, etc.

Please play a healer for your selfe. You will see that you die a lot more than you think. Especially when u just stand in your circle. Maybe then you see where the skill, to play a healer is needed.
Also, as long as there is aoe dmg, you need aoe heal

I really don’t consider that healers required skills to be viable, the mechanics are to simplistics for superpowerfull results.

Healers aren’t gods now matter how much you fluff up your paragraphs.
