Healing party members should contribute to loot gained and XP from enemies

The way loot and XP are gained seems to be affected by the damage done, so especially in dungeons, it makes it difficult to get good drops from bosses and enemies. There are times where I am healing my team and do not get any drops because of it. Also, healing should contribute to XP gained. On top of not getting loot, I do not always get XP from enemies as I am focused on healing. This makes it difficult to be a healer.

@JohnLongston We completely understand where you are coming from with this and this has been made aware to us on another forum post which I have compiled a report for and reported it to the team to see if we can spark any ideas on how this issue can be improved on.

Is there anything else you would like to share with us or any feedback you may have on how to improve other aspects of New World?
