Health bar changes by 1k every few days

Do you have a house in the city in which the owning company periodically turns on the buff for +10% to health for home owners

How do I find something like that out? Where do I need to look to see if there are buffs?

Press ‘K’ (or other key if you changed it in options), then go to “bio” tab and you’ll find a drop down list where you can change city and check what’s buffs you have active there.
