Healty toast perk doesn’t health for the writh value on full heavy set , Im currently at 13 124HP and when using a infused mana it heal for 890 when it suppose to heal for 1273. I removing all my gears and requip + respect twice it its still bug . Anyone experience the same issue ?

Probably the 30% heal reduction from heavy
Stop trying to make heavy work. Dev’s don’t want players using heavy armor. Get the message.
