Mine is missing as well, disappeared as soon as I entered the altar area.

Same – Used the thing before killing the boss and it ate my gem =( now I cannot get another gem and stuck on main story line…

I wrote to support with this in Friday and still waiting for the answer, but i found topic on forum where issue was this same and someone wrote that support and amazon canto do anythink with this because they cant change somethink on player account. I will wrote again here if they sens me some info. I’ll try to exp another account. I think is only one solution.

Yay, I have my Heartgem back! I stood in Cutlass Keys Village and reseted the mission twice in a row. And tadaaa: I found a Heartgem in my inventory. Hopefully this was not a coincidence and helps you.

Hey folks,

I also hit the same issue going to the alter nothings happens, obviously im missing my heartgem.

Unfortunately resetting the quest didn’t help neither - i don’t see the damned thing in my inventory and the alter is still unavailable. Where exactly did you find your heartgem - in your personal inventory or in any shed in a town? Any suggestions how to fix this? It’s really annoying.

PS. If i go once again through Amrine excavation will it help?

still having this issue, Have reset the mission multiple times but it does nothing. Have had this issue for almost 2 months now, extremely frustrating considering it’s a main quest. It has made me not want to play tbh

I have the same feeling, i log in and 5 minutes later i log out thinking “whats the point if i cant even do the main quests”

Yeah - I’ve reported this issue several times. When I first reported I was at lvl 30 and wanted to proceed with main quest.

Now it’s been weeks without any feedback from amazon as to when I might be able to progress with the main quest line. Since then I’ve just doing side quests in the zones (the ones that aren’t bugged) and working on my crafting.

It’s become really boring and not enough enjoyment to continue playing.

Oh well. I got my $40 worth.
