Heartrune bug preventing perks from working

Which armor perks are not working correctly?

I tested 3 weapon perks at least like sacred ground, divine embrace and light embrace( and tested them on armor and weapon pieces ). So whenever I use 2 heartrunes that I recently crafted (cunning and stalwart bile bomb) I dont get the perks procing, and if I swap them with previously crafted (even brutal bile bomb) heartrunes they are working.

Thank you for reporting this. There seems to be an issue with heartrunes, I have forwarded this to the Dev team so they can take a look.
