Heartunes - Make sellable or PVP attainable

I don’t think it’s fair to say that you aren’t takin part in the world they crafted by avoiding one aspect of the game that doesn’t appeal to you. I do everything else. I have all the gathering stuff at 200+ because I enjoy the world and gathering in this game unlike any other MMO.

I did end up doing a Gen run finally…it took 6 different groups before I found one that would take a first timer. Definitely not the same experience as just quein up for arena or OPR but I got it done and never have to go back.

I’m also smart enough to not apply to war companies until I finish my gear, I’m perfectly content taking longer to get everything to 625 because I don’t run muts (though I’d be perfectly fine doing some with people I like). BIS pvp gear for my builds don’t actually drop in the expeditions, it’s pretty much all crafted or random luck drops/crate opening. The only difference is it takes longer to get shards.

Just do the dungeon once, it won’t kill you :skull:
Then you will need to upgrade it twice, both upgrades are a bit annoying.

Yes. it is a terrible way the devs has choosen for us to obtain and upgrade them. Instead of doing it the simple way, they have choosen to do it the hard way

[Suggestion]
Why not just let them be world drops and let upgrading happen when your using the heartrune(s). works the same way as with the weapon mastery.

This way will it have the same difficulty, and the same time consume to obtain and upgrade. But it’s no longer locked to crafting and expeditions

I think PvP players will never understand how their characters grow
Isn’t it obvious that you get heartrunes from dungeons?
Playing PvP is just killing time. How does PvP should make your character stronger?
Playing dungeons is in relation with open world, which is main factor of increasing your characters power. PvP is literally doing nothing in order to make your character grow. PvP track? OPR caches? Do you want to tell me that’s reliable way of increasing your characters strength?

They’re dead serious about it apparently. This screams I died too many times to detonate and he reaaaaaally wants it and is too lazy to do a single ennead run for it, and wants to throw around that company bank cash.

On a side note OP, if they make them sellable I will totally sell you one for 100k

Imagine the outcry PvP only players will spam to this forum if heartrunes actually were sellable :joy: “once again PvE players profit off the PvP community, AGS hates the PvP community”… “how could AGS do this? I only earn a penny compared to PvXers and now I have to give them my last shirt in order to acquire a heartrune, dead game”

I’m really glad there are things in this game gold/rmt can’t buy.

i would not have any problem doing expeditions for things if the group finder(matchmaking system) was like the ones in WoW and FFXIV

The current group finder system is pure shit

I agree that all items related to new mechanics should be farmable by both pve and pvp. So we can avouid situations we had with shars where you could get them only by farming mutations. This is not the case.

Heartrunes can get obtained by single dungon run. So complaining in this case is just pure bs.

yeah because spending 30 mins on 1 dung is soooo hard and only sweat PvE players can do it…

You “have” a way to attain these. Do the quests. If it’s too hard to do the quests under PVP flag, press the letter “U” (at a shrine or in town) and THEN do the quests.
