Hello. Well… im just started to play in NW. I like heavy armors in games but what i hear, HA is totaly useless right now. Is that true? In coming expansion something will change? Tank like hammer/sword;shield with heavy armor is good in pvp, wars? Partys need tank in dungeons or only healer and full dps? Give me any idea please 
No, the biggest problem is its lack of mobility but if you build your character well and with a weapon that gives you mobility you shouldn’t have a problem, and the extra def at all times is appreciated.
It’s still to be seen if Heavy Armor is making a comeback or not for small scale PVP with this patch.
Traditional tanking isn’t desirable for any form of PVP currently. BB/IG is your main point tank currently and can hold a point by itself in OPR.
But honestly you should play what you want and enjoy just don’t be disappointed if you don’t get slotted for wars.
War hammer isn’t in a good spot right now, too slow, too telegraphed any good pvper can dodge and stam out a war hammer user easily.
Just good for wars or clumps.

As Heavy armor goes, I would only recommend them for a tank in PvE. This is especially true if you are a tank for Lazarus, Genesis, or Tempest as a 500-600 gearscore player. As you raise your gearscore and attempt higher-level mutators, I have seen people run entirely warded medium sets as tanks, though fully-warded heavy armored tanks are still fairly common. For PVP, medium armor is the best for any close combat strength weapon like a hammer, great axe, and sword and shield (though I think most play dex with sword and shield in OPRs). I would not recommend using heavy armor for PVP unless you are playing with a company that is using a tank strat for wars (which hasn’t happened in a while from my experience). For good armor sets, I recommend:
Conquers from depths is decent;
Voidbent is what I used to level my gs, I liked the luck on it; and
Expedition captain from Depths mutator is probably the best for corrupted mutators.
There are many more sets and I am pretty sure someone else will respond with them.
