  • What is your character name in New World: obliviana
  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: midian
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: Hellfire Tower shield has less block stability then its counterpart tower shields (The ones from the mutations with fire mutation perk)
  • Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug
  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Tower shield has less blocking stab then a normal shield making it unusable for tanking. get staggered a lot more as tank
  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: have to use other shield without fire resist perk
  • (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced: bellow with referance shots on other shields
  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: look at loot box in mutation window / get one to drop and see

it should be 50 % Block Stability

Kite shield has 40 % Block Stability and thats right (for the theme of tower>kite>round)

Can we get any statement of someone in charge?
Thats a serious Problem with all “new” Tower Shields.

Agreed! They have kite shield stats. I also started a thread too around the same time. Lazarus Shield drops and lower block stability across the board any visibility on this would be nice as new shield drops will never be worth using because of this.

ALL of the new mutation shields have kite shield weight and stats. Its definitely copy and paste level work.
