Hellheim back to 2000 player cap?

Hello,

I’m just wondering, what is the logic behind bringing the player cap back to 2000 (was 2250) if this server already as ques with 800+ players?
Also why is the server transfer still available to Hellheim?

I am also playing on that server EU. I hope they increase the cap and before doing that stop the transfers to the server. At least let the current players play with no que on the server.
