My account has been locked from creating a character for 24 hour but there was no warning about it when recreating a character. Was on a couple fresh start servers and finally found one i enjoy but now am not able to create a character. Does anyone know who I can talk to get this resolved? (as there was no warning prior to creating a character)
Hello, this is what happens when you delete and create a new characters several times in a short period of time. Write to technical support in the chat. They help deal with it.
I think you should go this way on the website:
Support->New world->Account->Appeal a Penalty and use “Contact Us”

This is incorrect. In the past support has informed us they don’t have the ability to release the 24 hour restriction. You will have to wait.
A few days ago, on a stream, a man reported that he had been canceled this decision. Maybe they’ve stopped doing it now. But you can try. They won’t take money from you for this.

I’m sorry about this issue with the character creation, as you mentioned you will need to wait 24 hours in order to be able to create a new character and start playing again, sadly we don’t have the possibility to remove this restriction so you will need to wait for the restriction to be over.
