Mass report ban usually is just 24h / 1 week, perma ban means the user is duping coin / trophy and got mass ban when AGS cleaning 98% of the duped item and gold, try to appeal but those that are perma banned are guilty until proven innocent

Evidence? Videos? I am seeing a lot of story about aliens and reptalians, they said they have seen it multiple times too with their neighbors, not sure if I will believe in santa more or the aliens

The devs are not going to reveal that they likely have logs of every DM, associated mule accounts and with whom each account/player they have ever traded with.
Tell them to craft a star metal butt plate and not bend over around Admins

Only took the threat of cancelling prime and not using amazon ever again, to be passed round 3 different people, to finally get someone to look at the account and the email saying it was an error, and now she is back in game.

It looks like they have shifted away from auto-bans on to poorly executed human reviews.
There was an orange post explaining this.
Humans are looking at these bans and either through laziness or a lack of direction don’t bother to look tickets beyond what ever color crayon made flow charts AGS provides them with.
I’ve seen at least 3 instances of orange Devs reviewing human made bans and saying mea culpa.
They have yet to address what courses of action us as players can take beyond the appeal.
It won’t really help appealing if SOP is to just ban people without doing a little research.
