So why AGS do not send the real reason and proof of what happened ? they just send a copy past , if I got something wrong on my computer , I would like to know what cause the ban , and malware , maybe an other game anti cheat make trouble ? , how you know what wrong on your PC if you are not getting answer ? Why you would risk a 700h+ acccount and you enjoy the game ?

The question is, if he was banned because dupe, the items got removed or tracked? What exactly were the reasons? Just āyou broke ToSā or do they give a more detailed reason like ādupeā?
If was because dupe, I do not trust all bans they are making because it is for sure using logs and can be a lot of mistakes depending on what these logs say about players actions.
Need to be better clarified how it is done.

The armor maker from our company was not banned. Although he made a huge amount of void armor.
How do you plan to provide proof?
They provide a list of 10 possible reasons when they are banning people.
So we donāt know exactly what they ban him forā¦

U canāt. U cant ask for a proof heās innoncent because it doesnt exist. U can only ask for a proof heās guilty and thatās what we are asking for.
We want the proof of him being guilty of something that can lead into a ban or we want him unbanned.

maby someone trade him duped mats and just thos where tracked by devs. Cus accepting duped mats is also agenst the rules.
Even if he dident know he comitted a crime.
Its like that irl to, if you buy stolen goods you can get arrested even if you dident know it was stolen.

He just got wrongly banned thatās it.
To argue, or make my claim, I need to know the statement which I will possibly recieve, then I am able to provide any contradiction, based on my experience.
So I do not get point of your question.
If you do not understand that for you to proove your innocence you need to provide proof, no matter if you are innocent or not, there is not much more I can say.
I really dont understand the people who keep saying he could have been duping or just cause he is saying doesnt mean its the truth.
He paid for the game, AGS banned him, they are liable for proof of him duping/exploiting. How does a person even prove his innocence? They need to show he is guilty.
For people saying there is an appeal process, by now if anyone who is being a frequent reader on the forum knows the appeal process is shit and they are not consistent with anything at all. They dont give reasons, they dont respond for days and other things. People even getting banned from replying/posting on forums. Therefore others have to resort to speak for them.

Stop just defending the ban as fair and right away say that people got banned with indisputable proof. These bans are automated and have room for a lot of mistakes. What are you doing in the game now that later these automated scripts can flag as exploit?

There are a few problems here :

First of all: If our mate used dupe methods, I believe that AGS has the capacity to track down the object/material/armor/trophy that has been dupe and can, as a matter of fact, track down the dupper.

Our mate was banned without an explanation, thatās a big problem, you canāt spend 50$ on a game and be banned without an explanation even if you are a dupper. Everybody has the right to justice.

How can you ask for proof for something he didnāt do? āToday, I didnāt make coffee, should I show you a picture of nothing ?ā
Those are the main problems I see here that need to be solved.

they sadly dont need to show any proof for banning him. We singed a contract giving them the right to bann us in any way they want. Proof or no proof
