Help! I cant log into dry tree.
It says im in queue number 1. Then changes to 2. Then back to 1. Then changed to 2. Then 1 then 2 then 1… get the idea???
And yes, ive just verified my files.

Same here with Abaton (EU). Can not login into the game at all. Queue is moving from 1 to 4 to 2 to 3, back to 2 and so on. Relogging and verifying game files did nothing.
Can you please look into this @Luxendra ? We literally can’t play the game.
When I check server status the queue is 166 for Abaton. I guess it is buggy and it shows 1,2,3 or 4
i’m jumping between 1 and 4 for the last 15min.

And yes, ive just verified my files.
Let’s enter the server we want when we make this fuckin’ game ‘ONE WORLD’ system.
If people want to return to the game and cannot enter the game after waiting in line, they will quit the game again…
Are we the game developer or are you?
Can’t you foresee these events?
According to the “extremely competent” chat support, this happens when there is too many on the server and noone wants to log off… one big excuse, specially since i had to notify the support, that this was a general issue.
How can this not be prepared for ? atleast make the servers flexible, so in these events they may be boosted to handle 20% more logged in,
They need to explain then how the queue goes from 1 to 2. How can i go backwards? Then back to 1 again, then 2 again?

My guess is that someone comes before me in the line and then gets access 
and then I have to wait until someone else comes before me again
Still can’t get in. Was 1st in queue, now 2, then 6, then 3 then 6…
Have people got in? Im still stuck in this queue loop… 2 hours been trying to log in

I managed to get in.
I think it’s a UI problem because i left it for 20-30 mins and it got in.

Thank you all for your input and I am sorry to hear you seem to be having a hard time loading into the servers. Whereas it is true that the servers are full when you see the numbers count down then back up, it is not appropriate behavior for the HUD to not be displaying a correct queue. I have reviewed all the data you have provided and thank you for the information. Due to the type of issue you mention and how it does not match the expected behavior, this thread would be better addressed in the Bug Reports section
