Is critical retribution a good perk for pvp if I use Warhammer and sns as tank in opr? All the other perks are exactly what I need but if critical retribution is going to be bad then I prefer to wait for another item.

Crit retribution isn’t good.
It only works until you crit and crit chance is a pity system as far as I know. So you are always gonna crit after a certain number of hits.
To top it off, crit multiplier on hammer is really low anyway so unless you running keenly empowered or keenly jagged on a hammer, your crits are basically useless as everyone runs at least 25 percent resil.
Refreshing/freedom/shirking/weapon ability/aversion is what you want. Not crit retribution.
