where do you see what steam writes?
maybe because Steam does not take into account the 40 hours of queues?
then it’s been playing for 42 hours LOL

Clearly you dont understand how companies work…its not like amazon games is ran by the same people who run amazon shopping, how dense can you be? THEY DO get a budget(so they dont blow all of the money) You want to bring up it being the “most earning company of all in the world” you must understand how they work.
The game has been out for 2 days, stop whining about how much “effort” you have invested, lol. I often wonder how some of these people even make it in the real world.
I don’t mind waiting in the queue - I mind waiting in it 4 times down to the last person to be told there is a connection error just to wait again in a queue that has since doubled.
Not a good option if your entire guild is on one server and it owns territory. You really expect people to leave their friends and go play alone in an mmo like this? Really?
If you want people to change servers at this point then there is going to have to be compensation for entire guilds moving to other servers.
I understand that I pay for a product advertised in one way and I receive a totally different product from the one it advertised!
besides the fact that this game was not supposed to come out 3 days ago but a year ago, which already makes it clear that they don’t understand much about big companies!
The truth is that those who defend the indefensible are usually within the indefensible!
Having said that, today in my country, in theory, there is freedom of opinion, of speech and of complaining if what should be right does not go as it should!
So I complain only because the company you defend so much is not giving me the product that it advertised and sold me, and that I paid for!
That said, if you don’t care to hear the right complaints from exasperated customers who PAID for a product for what it turned out to be, go to another forum or another Topic!
Thank you and good day
Yeah bro, it’s our job to be patient while the clown devs just do nothing for 4 days. What they did so far amounts to 0. It’s backed up work they should have done pre-release.
I chose a low population server and now it’s medium and growing, but has a very small queue if any.
Depending on how long these friends had been sitting in queue each day, moving as a group would be beneficial considering they could play uninterrupted. You act like this game has been out for years. Some people have played literally a handful of hours due to queues and they should seriously think about moving somewhere that does not have a queue.
Try going outside, taking a breath, think about all the bad things happening to people in the world and read back on all of your posts.
Is it frustrating? of course! but it is what it is.
Is there more important things in life? yes there is, focus on them while Amazon sort their stuff out.
SO tired of queue after queue… 1000 in line down to 567 in 3 hours… I won’t change servers no - not after reaching lvl 28 - FML at this stage.
Other games go pewpew, we go queue queue!
Right!
Just like you cant blame Blizzard for WoW issues you have to blame Activision.
Just like you cant blame Bioware for Anthem you have to blame EA.
Just like you cant blame Ubisoft for Assassins Creed Unity you have to blame Guillemot family.
Just like you cant blame CD Project Red for Cyberpunk you have to blame Marcin Iwiński.
Just like you cant blame Bethesda for Fallout 76 you have to blame ZeniMax Media…or Microsoft now.
People need to realize that amazon games is not some large company who picked up heavy hitters in the industry like Chis Hartmann, Kim Swift, and Clint Hocking with game development studios in San Diego, Seattle, and Orange County. Nor did they have several projects working like Crucible, Lord of the Rings MMO, and Breakaway that they canceled to consolidate efforts into one projects.
Wait…wait…oh no…
I am just reiterating what others have said here. I haven’t managed to get into the game as yet despite six attempts. I created my characters about an hour after the servers went live (unless they opened earlier than stated). My first two names were already unavailable. Why doesn’t Amazon use the same name protocol as Arc Games? I did suggest it in beta feedback.
I have just tried to log in again and was 641 in the queue which is a good deal better than my previous attempts. However, after fourteen minutes, I had only advanced to 636. The time it would take me to get to the top of the queue is mind blowing. You can do the maths! I just haven’t got the long to play never mind to queue.
While I am very sorry and understand that everyone is working hard to put things right, somehow, I don’t feel comforted by that.
My guild owns territory and it has well over 70 people. Thats not going to happen.
I think this is due to the fixes to the errors when queuing. Alot of people were clicking play again which removed them from the queue and put them back at the end of it. Now this error does not appear to be showing since the update, everyone is staying where they should be in the queue.
The bottom line of it is, the fix they implemented will cause longer queue times for people.
Until they open even more new severs, up the max cap on servers and implement serve transfers, the queue issue is here to stay.
HAHAHA no offense but I don’t care about hunger in the world, I don’t care if someone dies on the other side of the world, also because we are almost 9 billion and we start to be too many, I don’t care if it’s sunny or raining, now I’m here to show all my dissent for a product that I paid for, with hard-earned money not given away, and not working.
For disasters around the world, there are other methods of verifying them, certainly not in the forum of the company that sold me a poor product.
I’m bad, I’m sorry but I’m realistic, the reality that I bought a flawlessly advertised product that was paid for, received almost two years late and ultimately malfunctioning!
Since I hadn’t managed to log in at all yet, I decided to take the advice in this thread and restarted on a different server with low occupation. It worked! No queue. Now all I have to do is find hemp for fibres for a fishing rod!
The argument isn’t that an individual “car” isn’t working right, it’s that the design itself is hopelessly flawed. If this was the car industry (an admittedly weak analogy to being with), then a recall would already have been issued and the NTSB would be assessing fines.
this is the problem with consumerism, you lost the ability to wait. You’re so used to getting what you want when you want that you’ve become spoiled. They acknowledged the problems and have already started working on it. Stop acting like a 4 year old. You mention not wanting to start over because you achieved level 24, sure that may have taken around 10-15 hours but in the grand scheme of things 10-15 hours in an mmo is literally nothing. Either wait in queues until they implement server transfers or restart and play right away and make up for lost time. Sure you can be frustrated but don’t react like a child throwing a tantrum.
