Not that this company does anything about circumstances , but.
I just got a 1 hour ban from OPR out of no where, I was actively playing… And I went to a random load screen… 1 hour ban.
Can you people do anything right? Explanation? Deserted game? Too Busy? Why so many excuses that makes me just reconsider even trying another Amazon game?
Don’t hit me with oh, go see customer service. Just btw, you, your company, and the 20 year old employees have no relevant experience here, just working some random job… You think we the people are ignorant enough to just accept this? Perma me, but I will be back.

Man, this company is nothing but frustrating. Do you not have people working? It’s not hard to do a job of this caliber, it’s your game. Do you know nothing about it? Clearly. I’ve known that for years now.
Why I worked for these people twice now, is beyond me. Just easy work I guess. But they take none of the core problems/issues seriously. They are one of THE laziest companies I’ve ever worked for.
You sound like one of this trashtalkers / griefers / hackers. You probably need more than 1 hour break from the game. Also imagine saying “i worked for them twice” by adressing amazon games devs while what you actually did is probably deliver packages for amazon KEKW
Regarding to your question, unfortunately here in forum we don’t have access of the information regarding to a ban, this is only handled appeal team and they have the information about it.
So in this case you will have to reach to them by making an appeal ticket in order to know more about the ban you got and why you got it.
In the order hand I understand your frustration about and if you like to give us your opinion you can create a post on the feedback section of the forum and the team in charge will take it under consideration.
