I really hope someone can help me through this misunderstanding. Web support really don’t help, they just basically keep replying in a generic and automated manner without giving any solution.
I was making a joke about top coin sellers in server (somewhat like leaderboards thats coming next patch). That was obviously a joke, related to the upcoming leaderboard next patch about ranks.
I remember it was like
“Top Coin seller A, B, C, D and pm them for cheap prices!” something like that
But system probably detect it as myself selling/advertising my coin to be sold.
I got ban instantly and permanent for Selling - Real Money Trading.
Here’s the issue:
- I wasnt even advertising that I, myself, selling coins
- That was a joke trolls obviously
- No proof that I am selling coins or buying or whatever it is
- No proof I am advertising it anywhere else in-game or any platform, you won’t ever find me selling/buying coins
- I never did anything that violate code of conduct, EVER, playing over 1 year and got clean record
But somehow:

Fourth respond
You already can tell, something’s off on this web ticket support team.
So, please moderator/whoever that able to hand this to the moderation team.
I never did any violation, and will never do.
I love this game, been playing for over a year and got 4,5k hours on record
I would never, ever, risk my account that I’ve spent a lot of time and resource to grind this game just to lose it.
I hope you can considerate how beat up I am, after this nonsense.
Trying hard to get my account back, I love New World and would keep this game enjoyable for everyone.
Give us proof that you actually care to problems like this.
Happened before, people were actually got ban uplifted because moderator in this forum helped!
And this guy, also did the same mistake (joke) I did recently. And he got the permaban removed!
