Has anyone come across any references to hidden artifact items that can be obtained in the world via completion of secret requirements?
Not yet, but i like the idea and the mystery coming with it
I know right, would be really really cool if something like that was discovered. currently im hunting down all the lore pages I can get my hands on, looking for any hints or mentions that might have hidden clues

Yeah, that would be awesome. At the same time I wonder if that wouodn’t have been discovered by the data miners 
would be funny if there was clues hidden in the data for said data miners ;3
