You dont need any third party software, use the AMD or Nvidia Software.
My RX 480 8gb is Warrior. LoL

This is AMD software. Just LOWER the % POWER: -10%.

But Frequency & Power are two different things.
If i would lower my frequency id start getting omega low fps.
Though if i would touch the Power rate that could potentially fix the high gpu temps this game have i guess. Not sure if i dare mixture with it, i have 2070 rtx card, and id prefer that someone who really knows these things would look into it :slight_smile:

I’ve got similar problem that resulted in massive stuttering.

The are two alternative fixes which don’t sacrifice performance:

  1. Increase fan speed (it’s loud)
  2. Reapply thermal paste (this lowered temps amd removed all stuttering in all games on my RX480 8GB)
