Okā€¦ iā€™m usually silent about this but now its just getting worse!!

Its occurs very often in couple days ago. Now every 5 minutes iā€™m getting high spike latency because you guys download with high bandwith through my computer. I cant even play the game anymore, i got kicked from OPR, Disconnected when i do invasion, I canā€™t even join my company war because im worried that im getting disconnected in the middle of the game. IM even getting killed by mobs when im just farming herbsā€¦

ITS ALL BECAUSE THE GAME DOWNLOADING ITS SELF WHILE IM PLAYING THE GAME.

Its so frustrating, im playing so many online games but this one is so unique, pls stop downloading when im playing your games, i have no i idea what you guys downloading to my computer but its literally make the game unplayable rigth now. AND YES, yes im already try reinstall the games multiple times, changing all bandwith settings, verify files, update windows/driver and etc. AND NO, im not have program running whlie playing the game, im closed all the program and have good internet connection and can play others games perfectly fine.

For those who have the same problem with me and found this forum just by googling it, for your own health pls just uninstall your game. There is no fix for this issues, im already try them all and the moderator/cs for this specific thread just ignore and silent all the report. We are just minority here and they just focus on bigger bugs. and everytime they add a new patch there is always a new bugs and this issues just getting ignore and ignore againā€¦

it just such a shame the only reason im still playing this games because i have company that always supporting me no matter whatā€¦ i love this game and i hope in the future they are actually listen and fix this issues.

    Was farming and suddenly from 100 ping went 280 ping can be worse 300 ping sometimes .

its been 3 days im stuck with 300 ping and its not my provider i play other games under 100 ping all works fine except new world 300pingā€¦

Iā€™ve had the same issue. Since the skin bug almost a week ago was sitting at 80 ping and now I am at 160ā€¦ Not sure what happened. can anyone help or explain how to solve this?

I was consistently sitting at 70-80 ping a few days ago before the server crash + new patches. Now I am consistently at 120+

Iā€™ve literally tried everything. Itā€™s definitely a server issue.

been like this for two months its unplayable, and no recent sign that AGS is communicating on what they are doing to fix it.
Please communicate tried all the above tips, need AGS to set it straight either letting us know they going to fix or not, so we can move to a different game developer.

The issues just started today for me. The game has been mostly fine before. Now its unplayable.

Since the last patch on 10 december i always got ā€œLag Detectedā€ allert every time i move. I canā€™t use my vpn to connect to keep my connection more stable because they donā€™t let me connect to the game with it.

Without itā€™s always ā€œLag Detectedā€ every 20 seconds.

Bandiwidth:Tryed with all but usually keep it medium.

Hello, My issue only started after the latest BUG that brought down the NA EAST server with ā€œLAG DETECTEDā€ and people could not log in.
I was having the same issue despite playing on NA WEST SERVERS. I had the same issue as them however when everything was resolved. I went from INPUT LATENCY of 80 to 160ā€¦
I have done everything on my end to try and remedy thisā€¦

  1. Reset modem
  2. Lowered all my graphics settings more
  3. Called my ISP
  4. Verified game file integrity
  5. Uninstall , Reinstall game
  6. Reset my PC.
  7. Changed my Ethernet CORD to a cat 8
  8. Changed my PC settings.
    I also have a character on NA East and I logged in and have lower ping on NA east than NA west and I live in ALASKA and like I said before. Before the latest and greatest bug I was sitting at 50-80 input latencyā€¦ now I am at 150-170n I have narrowed it down specifically to my server and or my Characterā€¦ This game is unplayable at this point. I really love the game and am looking forward to playing for years to comeā€¦ But if this issue isnā€™t resolved than without a doubt i cannot play any longerā€¦

  • Describe what you were doing when it started to happen: Everytime I teleport to a new area, all the chests disappear, and storage isnā€™t selectable. I have to relog EVERYTIME I Teleport to a house or a shrine!!

Hey, I live in Alaska as well, Fairbanks Area, and I have the same issue. Previous was 60-70ms and now ever since Nov 30th, have been at 170ms. I can ping AWS Cloudping West at 59ms. I havenā€™t tried testing a new character on a new server will try that.

Every time i log in i get lag detected then the waiting for response goes up in seconds then i get kicked from game, then also my internet connection is cut off. it means i can not play game or play with my guild that have come from another game. 2 months been bad but not as bad as now. And no communication from AGS. Please talk to us, as my confidence in you game studio is low its now begging to be non.

Hello Just wanted to Let you know its been 31 days since you updated us on what you are doing or not doing to fix the issue? I understand new game lots of bugs and issues, maybe even trouble with self isolating ect. I would like to think the community is patient as we like the game. Unfortunately not keeping us up to date or even having the basic consideration to your paying clients to say something and keeping them in the dark, Is not a good business model. We enjoy what you have made as a game and will most likely support it for years but. AND ITS A BIG BUT if we can not play your game and also feel that you are being rude to us. then we will go and we will not endorse to our friends or anyone that. you are a company that respects there clients.
PLEASE RESPOND AS WE ARE DESPRATE FOR COMUNICATION ON THE ISSUE.

  • Describe what you were doing when it started to happen: I get constant freezes at random. Does not matter what I am doing. Running, fighting, idleing. Screen will freeze up for about 2 seconds and will resolve afterwards.
    Started right after the most recent patch. 1.05.

I am using a wifi connection with fibre optics. Stable in everything else I am doing.

How can this game break more with each update? NPCs still wonā€™t load, graphics and sound choppy as hell. So disappointing, this is almost like playing on a commodore 64!
