High RTT and Internet freeze

Hi,
I know I’m not the only one with this problem.
When i launch NW client, my internet stops working and i can’t even search something on google. I have 4000-5000 RTT, so it’s impossible to play. When i quit the game, the internet is back to normal. Same situation on Ethernet and WIFI.

It’s not ISP problem, cause i checked this on my friends laptop and everything worked fine.

I tried:
-clean windows installation
-port forwarding
-firewall exceptions
-drivers update

My specs:
i3-10gen
GPU: Sapphire RX 580 Nitro+
MB: Asus TUF Z490 PLUS WIFI

is it possible that the network cards on the board don’t want to work with this game?
