Could hip fire also get the sprint delay removed for ranged weapons. Hip fire is pretty useless and inaccurate but could have a small role in combat and make the range players fight in and out more instead of running.
The new melee changes are great, the sprint delay removal on melee is excellent. With the other movement fix on the bows hip fire feels much better but is pretty useless still. Having the sprint delay removed but still have to stop for the actual shot will still let melee catch up and with the accuracy penalties but make it so you dont have to scope people at melee range anymore.
