- What is your character name in New World: Hercule DuBoise
- What server/world did you experience your issue on: NA-East, Eden server
- Describe the issue you are experiencing: While traversing mountain range I fell through the map and landed inside the mountain. Location where I fell through was around Position [8190.965, 3672.798, 148.378] Please note this was where I could walk through the mountain wall but I actually fell through the mountain ground above this location.

- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Interfered with my exploration and salvaging.
- (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Was able to walk out of the mountain interior.

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Was able to walk in and out of mountain wall.
