For every positive interaction with any customer service there are negative ones in bad faith as well.
Imagine you get people all day that are completely in the wrong about “what they deserve” or demand major changes that aren’t practical. Add on general “I didn’t say that in game” etc for ban appeals.
It may be their job or volunteering, but there’s nothing wrong with letting them know we’re not all whackos.
Let’s demonstrate how great these forum moderators are by flagging the OP.
