All those honey trees are not there on my server.

I know nodes move around after a patch, but i have never seen an entire type of node disappear totally from a zone before, and they are around bear areas too! the bears are gonna starve !

Same on Ygg. No honeytrees the stone ball orbs are gone with all the nodes around it. :frowning: no beeswax for me - guess I’ll linger on 170 furnishing for another month

Seriously I need my honey trees back please. It is sad and lonely - the cabin on the border to Edengrove has completely disappeared - it is humorous - kinda like someone stole a cabin and maybe relocated it… BEESWAX

It sure would be nice if they had someone to respond to issues like this and tell you they had been reported and that they are or are not being worked on, or if it was by design. Or if they have a timeframe.

I feel like so many companies FAIL SO BADLY at the SIMPLEST of damage control - COMMUNICATION. People will put up with so much more if they feel like a real person cares about and is working on their issue.

IN THE ABSCENCE of that communication, people imagine worst-case scenarios and begin to feel like that is what the company thinks about them.

It is SO easy, relatively inexpensive and doesn’t require handling the actual fix much differently at all. I don’t know how it is so hard to comprehend. Make the user feel like they are being heard.

Bonus points if you actually listen.
