I can’t enter my house through the front door, recalling in puts me in the same situation. How do I change my trophies and enjoy my house without having to buy a new one?

I’m sorry you’re having issues with your New World’s house. I also want to thank you for sharing the .gif showing this bug. ʕ•́ᴥ•̀ʔっ
For this issue, I want to check with you a troubleshooting related with the AGS files that are linked within New World:
- Windows + R type in %APPDATA%
- Go to Local and Roaming (Both files will include an AGS file) and open them.
- Rename the AGS sub-folder ‘‘New World’’ to something different like ‘’_New World"
- This will refresh the cache files within New World.
- Re-launch New World.
If the problem keeps happening after this troubleshooting, I’d suggest you to please help us escalate this behavior to the developer’s team contacting Amazon Games Customer Support using the link below so they can help you with your request including your logs; Keep handy the following information:
- Character Name.
- Region.
- World / Server.
- Logs.
- This Forum post (link).
Here you are the steps to get this information just in case you need it:
To find the logs:
- Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
- Click on dxdiag.exe.
- When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

I have the same problem and I am quitting again. So many bugs this game!
Your suggestion did nothing for the issue, but did reset all my settings. I submitted a report through the link you requested. I feel I have wasted my time, as this issue is clearly visible and recognized by at least one community manager in the forums.
