House bug : "cannot place too many items of this type"

Hello,

  • What is your character name in New World: Drakagal

  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: EU Vagon

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: After the maj, i bought my first house in Everfall with the 50% discount. But after the Rollback the house was completely empty. and i can’t place any item in it. When i try to place an item they said “cannot place too many items of this type”.

  • Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug

  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Im thinking seriously to quite the game because of that issue.

  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No

I’m having a similar issue. In my case I didn’t use the 50% off (previously used in windward), I have the tier 3 house next to the project board (on the left), I have no items placed, including no trophies and storage chests.

if I try to enter the house regularly (from the front door) there is no ‘decorate’ option or a ‘pay tax’ option. Only ‘Hide UI’ and ‘Exit’; but if I teleport to the house or enter via the ‘Enter house menu’ I have all the options available.

EDIT: This issue persists after the 1.1.2 update

Having the same issue. I cannot place a jack o’ lantern and it says I cannot place any more of this item, but I don’t have any jack o’ lanterns down. I’m at 99/200 items in my house. Windsward Tier 3 house.

I have the same / similar issue. Trophies showed in Bio but not in house. If I tried to place one I got the message shown. So I could not edit my trophies.
Then I went to another house which worked fine. I came back and I can pick trophies up and remove them (so no longer shown in Bio) but they still show in house! Can place a new trophy over and old one and it seems to work - 2 trophies shown visually but only one in Bio.
Logged in and out and all trophies dissappeared in house again!

So, 2 of my houses work fine. One is completely broken :frowning:

I have the same problem but it shows 0/0 decorations… I was able to place stuff before rollback. I bought a house on the same day when rollback happened. Just keep paying tax…
