exact same issue house is empty and always says to many items. also the decorate option in this house specifically is half the time not available.
This bug has been here for a long time now and we need a fix ASAP.
Ok so i fixed the bug by abandoning and rebuying the house… this cost me 20k and I still don’t have any of the trophies or chests so i had to rebuy them all.
Super unhappy that I’ve lost over 100k+ to fix a bug AGS incapable of fixing.

Describe the issue you are experiencing: For some weeks now I’m unable to put any fourniture inside my house. I was able to pay 3 time the rent of the house. the teleportation is working. But I’m not able to place any abject chest etc in the house.
It is quiet sad because it is a T3 house with a big rent every 7 days. -

Same exact problem. Abandoned my 10k house in Cutlass, and cannot buy a 5k house in Brightwood. Same problem “congratulations” without actually owning the house.
Me and many others lost 1-3 houses with everything inside after 1.0.5 (about 6 weeks ago)
We never got anything back, no houses, no furniture’s and no Coins.
My tip is “Give up” on the gold you spend. Do what _Legend suggested and move on.
Seems when it come to housing they have no way to refund or check anything about any player.
So save your self the time here, they wont help you.
Just tried to buy my second house in brightwood.
I get a congratulations message but no house.
I’ve only owned one house so far and haven’t abandoned any houses on this character.
