- Describe the issue you are experiencing: last wednesday or thursday (I don’t really remember) I was online and the game kicked me because of the update, when I logged in again I had every furnishing items in my inventory and I didn’t have my house in Everfall. I wasn’t able to teleport to my house neither enter from the city but I appeared on the owners list… As my server (Arali) was dead, I transferred to a new one (Anu) and now of course I’m still without house and now I’m not even on the owners list…

- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: can’t teleport to my house, can’t storage items so I had to move everything to other towns, and now that I’m on a new server every teleport costs 200+ azoth so I NEED THE HOUSE, imagine having to travel from mountain to Everfall, having to play 2 outposts just to travel 1 time…

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I just was online when you dropped the update and it kicked me, there’s so many threads about this and people are saying that the problem starts if the game kicks you…
It’s been a week since this started, I contacted to support, sent computer logs, DxDiag logs, etc. and there’s people asking for help with this problem for almost a month so now I’m gonna start creating a new thread every 6 hours until a get a solution since you don’t even have this in your “known issues list”… I’m tired as fk of this game full of bugs and no solutions…
